Warranty & Returning Merchandise

For defective items, you may return them for replacement WITHIN 90 DAYS of PURCHASE. Shipping charges from our location to yours for replacement are FREE.

OEM Cartridges cartridges (HP, Lexmark, Epson, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to honor its warranty.

Returns

Get call or email and get an RMA (RETURN MURCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) number: All returns require RMA number before you send the merchandise back. We will reply in 24 hours with RMA number.
